I'm a FTM due on the 10th, and I am currently between 70-80% effaced and 5 cm dilated but have not had any real distinguishable contractions. I've had a vague crampy feeling off and on today and yesterday, as well as some Braxton Hicks (I'm very accustomed to them now!), but nothing painful, nothing tight all over.
