1) I assign the bucket to a hotkey so I can equip it. 2) I equip it. 3) I click it while near water and it fills the bucket with 10 charges. 4) unlike spears, hammers, and other tools, the next empty bucket does not auto-equip and I have to do steps 1-3 all over again for each bucket..
